Love it. Here in Sussex, Uk they are considering banning dogs from public recreation grounds because some owners dont pick up! How crazy is that. If we all have to walk on pavements, will that make people clear up after their dogs? Crazy!
Now our town council has decided that we have to keep dogs on leads at all times in all public places! Do you have crazy dog rules over there Bart?

I guess the rule that impose is indeed good way. It could benefits the both sides, the pet owner and the pet dog.Funny to see a signs for dogs, it is overwhelming to know that even dogs are really take good care and has rules implemented!
