New Gourmet Pet Treats, All Proceeds Support Homeless Teens
Lindy & Company has officially announced the launch of five new healthier Lindy’s Bakery brand gourmet pet treats. This new heathier line includes two vegan items that are also grain free, two grain free options and one gluten free item. The new treats come in Carrot Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Pea, Cranberry Supreme, and Peanutty Puppers flavors. The price for these treats is $6.99.
It’s not just dogs & cats that end up on the streets after being abandoned. In the United States alone, there are close to 2 million teens and young adults without a place to call home. Created by the nonprofit Daybreak, Lindy’s Bakery is a gourmet pet treat bakery that teaches homeless teens and young adults valuable work skills so they will never be homeless again.
The benefit of purchasing these gourmet pet treats is that 100% of all proceeds of Lindy’s Bakery pet treats goes directly to Daybreak. These funds will provide emergency shelter, housing and support for over 500 homeless teens and young adults each year!
“We are responding to consumer demand for healthier treats for their dogs,” Said Linda Kramer, CEO of Daybreak. “As they make better choices for themselves they want to make better choices for their pets. We understand the direction the market is taking.” With the launch of these new 5 products, Lindy’s Bakery gourmet pet treats now have 10 different pet treats to choose from. More items are currently being developed as the company plans on continuous growth.
These healthy gourmet pet treats can be found online at Lindy & Company, in their store front or through one of their retail/distribution partners. These locations can all be found on their website.
