I’m going to a parade for Take Your Dog to Work Day

June 19, 2014 – Golden Valley, MN – Friday, June 20th is National Take Your Dog to Work Day and Orion Associates is planning a howling good time to celebrate with a Pooch Parade!  The dog members of Orion’s corporate staff often work Monday through Friday just like their owners as the Orion office is always dog-friendly.

Dogs rule this Friday with a special Pooch Parade followed by a bevy of milk bones for hungry parade participants. The Pooch Parade is open to the public and the media.

The company is celebrating its award-winning employee culture, noted as one of  Minnesota’s 100 Best Companies to Work For by Minnesota Business Magazine and named to the list of 100 Top Workplaces 2014 by the StarTribune in June of this year. Dogs in the office are just a few of the perks of this office environment which also includes full-time daycare, a green environment and other amenities (including an office doggy door).

Dawn Rennich, Orion Associates’ Director of Staffing will be available for media interviews to discuss Orion’s award-winning culture, where the average staff tenure is 8 years.  Dogs will likely require milk bones prior to performing any tricks for the cameras such as sitting, laying down or rolling over and even then there are no guarantees.
