Bart was found shivering next to a dumpster on Red Lake Reservation in early 2007. Cared for initially by Rosie`s Red Lake Rescue Bart eventually made his way into the foster care system in the Twin Cities. He was placed as a foster with his mommy and brother Cosmo in May of 2007. Three days later she adopted him and he found his furever home. Bart the Dumpster Dog is dedicated to spreading the news about dogs everywhere.
